Terms and Conditions

  • All entrants must hold a minimum qualification of MBBS & have a valid MCI/state medical council registration
  • Entrants must provide complete and accurate personal, professional, and contact information at the time of applying to the competition
  • Entry with falsified information or inaccurate contact details will lead to disqualification from the competition

  • Entrants must obtain ethical clearance from the institutional ethics committee, wherever applicable
  • On request, they must submit the letter of clearance if so required by the judges
  • For studies not based out of institutions, a record of signed informed patient consent must be kept and furnished to the panel of judges if requested

  • Types of submissions: These may include

  • Time: Submitted research studies may be ongoing or completed and are considered eligible submissions only if they are as described hereunder:
    • In the case of ongoing studies, eligible entries are those that have completed patient enrollment and data collection for > 80% of the included study population
    • In the case of completed studies, eligible entries are those that have completed data collection no earlier than 1st April 2020

  • Studies in the field of allied/alternative health sciences (Ayurveda, homeopathy, Unani, Siddi, etc.)

  • Deadlines for submission: deadlines for the various stages of the competition are made available on the website. These timelines may be subject to change, and the company is not responsible for missed deadlines due to errors by the entrant.
  • Missed deadlines: if an entrant misses the deadlines for submissions at any stage, they are ineligible for further progress in the competition. Appeals/requests after the deadline are not entertained
